YOU HAVE FOUND YOUR WAY TO THE ONLY JUDGING ASSOCIATION ENDORSED BY 3 MAJOR SANCTIONING BODIES IN THE GREAT STATE OF TEXAS. INTERNATIONAL BARBECUE COOKERS ASSOCIATION (IBCA), LONE STAR BARBECUE SOCIETY (LSBS), AND OUTLAW BBQ ASSOCIATION ALL HAVE OUR SUPPORT AND WE WILL SUPPORT THEM BY PROVIDING A LIST OF CERTIFIED JUDGES THROUGHOUT THE STATE TO ENSURE A CONSISTENT JUDGING ROOM AT EVERY BARBECUE COOK-OFF.
